We hope you are very happy with your purchase but understand that sometimes an item may need to be returned. Pip & Gray offer a 14 day returns policy from the date of purchase. Goods returned must be unused, in original packaging and remain in a re-sellable condition.

Unfortunately we are unable to refund the return postage. Please obtain a Certificate of Posting in case the parcel fails to reach us for whatever reason.

Damaged Goods

At Pip & Gray we do our best to ensure that our goods are packaged sufficiently, but we do rely on third party companies to deliver your order to you and breakages unfortunately can happen. If you receive a damaged item, please accept our apologies for any inconvenience this may cause. To help us please quote your order number, a description of the fault, and please include a photo of the damaged item. We will arrange for your item to be replaced subject to availability.
